PROTECTING OUR RIGHTS
We live in this community. We protect and care for our beaches. We support the law as it is: protecting our rights to use the beach in the way we have for many generations. Our beaches are one of our most valuable assets. Another thing that makes Southampton special is how our community joins together when in need. We must now join together to stop these homeowners and their unlimited financial resources from taking away our rights from us. We are using the beach in the same manner we did prior to the date that the homeowners purchased their seasonal/weekend home.
ABOUT US
Homeowners at the western end of Meadow Lane have repeatedly tried to prevent local Southampton residents from accessing our beaches in the same manner as we have for generations. SABA is a non-profit group of concerned local families & residents who have joined together with the intent of protecting our rights to access our beaches in the way we have for generations. We’ve been around since 2005 but have been using the beach for ages. OUR USE IS LEGAL.
